About This Class

Rest + Nidra is a very gentle class designed for days when you want something slower, quieter and more supported. We begin with simple movement and grounding, then move into restful, prop-supported shapes with plenty of time to settle.

The final part of the class is a longer yoga nidra, offering space to fully rest without needing to do much at all. The overall feel is gentle, spacious and deeply calming.

This class is held in a small group in my Blackburn home studio.

What to Expect

  • Grounding - time to arrive and settle into the space
  • Gentle movement - simple, floor-based movement to ease into the body
  • Supported rest - props and longer pauses to help the body soften
  • Yoga nidra - a longer guided relaxation to close

It is a gentle class rather than a strong or energising one. You do not need to be flexible or experienced.

Who It's For

This class may suit you if you're feeling tired, overstimulated, in need of a slower pace, or simply wanting a practice with more support and less doing.

It can also be a good fit if regular classes sometimes feel a little too fast or active.

Held in Blackburn, Melbourne. The full address will be provided after booking.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the class. After that, bookings are non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. If the class is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.
